COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Crosby MBA Program at the University of Missouri's Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business was ranked #55 by U.S. News & World Report. The magazine's rankings, recently released for 2010, puts MU's program in the top 13 percent of all MBA programs; all 426 master's programs in business accredited by AACSB International were surveyed.
"Our program is in the top quintile of programs across the nation," says Joe Stephens, director of the Crosby MBA Program. "This ranking indicates that a Crosby MBA degree is well respected." The Crosby MBA Program is ranked #27 among public institutions, is third among Big 12 schools, and is one of only two programs ranked in Missouri.
The surveys are completed by deans and directors of accredited programs, as well as by corporate recruiters. Other factors are also considered, such as acceptance rate, recruiter assessment, starting salary, and average GMAT score.
"MU's MBA students benefit from our distinctive educational approach, which combines rigorous academic programs and active engagement with the business world," says Bruce Walker, dean of the Trulaske College of Business.
